Monday is now much more finger friendly on iPad, Amazon Kindle Fire, Nexus 7 and other tablets. For example, text and buttons have a comfortable size regardless of your tablet’s screen size and resolution.

Monday’s mobile web app got a nice aesthetic and technical makeover. You can
give it a spin with your iPhone or Android phone by just firing up Monday on
your phone’s browser. The app also informs you when your phone is offline and
it can’t show you your calendar.
Quick tip: You can use your Android Phone’s back button to close activity
details.
Delete an activity just by clearing out its title. As simple as in a regular text editor. ;-)
You can now choose whether to see times in 24-hour format (e.g. 15:00) or 12-hour (e.g. 3pm).

Monday now handles Wi-Fi and Internet connection problems much better.
Monday’s now running on a new private server that’s harder, better, faster and stronger! A private server allows for much greater performance, security and privacy than cloud hosting platforms. As before, Monday is hosted in Europe.
You can now type times without am/pm and it’ll be added magically for you.
For example, “9 Breakfast” means 9am, but “2 Lunch” stands for 2pm.
But, if you have meetings late in the night, you can always add am/pm. ;)
You can now see more details of a person’s birthday and jump straight to Facebook or to your address book.
You can also now double click on empty space to add a new activity for that day.
Have you ever missed an event because you didn't copy it to your
calendar? It's funny that the more ways and social sites we have to share
events, the harder it is to keep your calendar up to date.

You’ll now see real-time syncing progress after connecting your Facebook or Google account.
If you try close Monday while it’s still saving your data, it’ll confirm with you. This makes sure you won’t lose your changes.

Click on the “Today” button on the header to quickly get back to today’s date.
Drag & drop should also now be more robust and convenient.
Improved the look and feel of the week view.
Activities with times (meetings, appointments etc.) are now automatically sorted by time. You can still drag and drop everything. Now you just don’t have to manually keep them sorted by time.

When changing an activity’s date, it’s now positioned and sorted by time. Automatic sorting for new activities is on its way!
Monday now opens faster and loads your activities more quickly.
You can now connect your Facebook account to Monday. That means your friends’ birthdays from Facebook are shown together with birthdays from your Google address book.

Calendar sidebar is now infinitely scrollable. No need to mess with back-and-forward buttons. Just scroll down.
