Simplified the look and improved the calendar sidebar. It even scrolls more
fluently. The new fixed header at the top displays the topmost month and
weekdays. And as an extra tip, you can click that header to scroll back to the
current month.
Added a setting to change the start of the week to Sunday, Saturday or any other
day you prefer. I suggest Wednesday — then you’ve got a weekend in the middle
of the week. :-)
Everybody's got their own way to work — some want the details, some the broad
picture. Now you can tweak each of Monday's calendar views to your liking,

Set up each of Monday’s calendar views to your liking now with view
settings. That also gives you the ability to see all activities on the
month view — you’re no longer limited to just those with times. Read the
article for more info.
Fixed an issue where very rapid completing and uncompleting of a single activity
failed to save the last state. Ironically the problem was precisely in
the part of the code that was meant to handle such rapid changes. :-)
New improved and simpler look for the month and week view that brings out your
activities much better. Less borders, boxes and other unnecessary visual
elements to distract. Check it out.
Monday’s server had an hardware issue around 9am UTC today and was unavailable
for 30 minutes. So sorry! Your data was safe the whole time, but I’m still
looking into how to better protect Monday from availability issues in the
future.
Very quick key combinations to finish activity editing are handled more
robustly. For a while, pressing Return or Escape within 100ms after typing
the last letter caused it to be missed. Now it’s rock solid!
Automatically positioning an activity by time now waits until after you’ve
finished editing that activity. In some rare cases it interfered with typing
before.
Disconnecting from Facebook or Google now instantly removes the activities and
events from view. Previously in some cases you had to refresh the browser
before the activities from the disconnected service disappeared.
You can now set durations to activities and change those set via Google
Calendar. That includes setting activities to last all-day, many days or even
weeks.
Removing a time from an activity (thereby turning an event to a task) now
properly removes it from Google Calendar.
Quick taps on activities on the iPad are now handled more robustly.
Monday had a moment of technical trouble related to its domain server (DNS)
provider and was unavailable briefly. Sorry! Switched to hosting them ourselves
so it won’t happen again!
Fixed a rare issue with displaying a particular weekday right around daylight
savings switch date. A miscalculation even after taking a single shorter day
into account. :-)
